7th Asian Population Association (APA) Conference

The APA Conference is the largest gathering of population scientists in Asia, bringing together researchers, policymakers, statistical agencies, international organizations, universities, and development partners from across the region and beyond. The conference provides an outstanding platform to showcase research, publications, data products, technologies, and institutional initiatives while engaging with an international audience working on population, health, development, and public policy.
The conference is being organized in collaboration with the Viet Nam Population Authority (VNPA), Ministry of Health and Viet Nam Union of Science and Technology Associations (VUSTA).
Organizations are invited to participate through exhibition booths, sponsored sessions, or side meetings.

1. Exhibition Booth Fee: USD 3,500
Benefits

An exhibition booth provides an opportunity to:

2. Sponsored Session Fee: USD 3,000
Benefits
- Receive complimentary conference registration for one member of the organization/team
A sponsored session provides an opportunity to:
- Highlight important research findings or policy initiatives.
- Present innovative programs, projects, or methodologies.
- Convene experts around emerging issues in population and development.
- Increase the visibility of your institution among conference participants.
The conference organizers will schedule approved sponsored sessions within the official conference program.
3. Side Meeting Fee: USD 2,000
Organizations may also organize side meetings during the conference.
Side meetings are suitable for:
- Project meetings
- Network meetings
- Partnership discussions
- Launches of reports or initiatives
- Strategic consultations
These meetings will be scheduled during the conference, subject to space availability.
Discount Policy
Recognizing the important contributions of academic institutions and research organizations to the advancement of population science, the APA Council may consider partial fee discounts for universities, academic institutions, and non-profit research organizations upon request.
Requests for discounted participation should be submitted with the Expression of Interest and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
How to Apply
Expressions of Interest for exhibition booths, sponsored sessions, and side meetings should be submitted no later than:
