Registration Fees
All participants must complete the online registration process and submit the required fee payable by credit card or bank transfer to secure their place at the conference. Reduced registration rates are available for APA members and student associates as well as for the host country participants. The reduced registration fee is applicable only for those APA members holding active membership. Additional information will be provided on the Conference website.
The registration fees for the 7th APA Conference are set as detailed in the table below;

Notes
- * APA membership is for a 3-year term. The membership fee is USD 75 (regular member) and USD 25 (student member). Membership must be active at the time of registration to qualify for the reduced conference fee.
- Regular Payment refers to APA members who have maintained continuous and up-to-date payment of their membership fee since the last conference (2024–2026).
- Membership Fee Due refers to APA members whose membership will expire in 2026 and are required to renew for an additional 3-year term at the time of registration.
